Since then it has undergone continued development and improvement and the current version has a serially numbered wristband along with serially numbered labels for property bags and the like. In addition the latest version also benefits from the development of bar-coding technology. Available in boxes of 10 or 15 cards.

The Firstaidform © is a multi-copy form for for use by first aid staff and first responders and is availbale in pads of 10 forms.
