Every two years a major undertaking delivers the Farnborough International Airshow with which the Event Medicine Company is very proud to be associated

The Event Medicine Company delivers medical cover throughout the build, exhibition and breakdown periods amounting to some seven weeks. During that time the staffing levels increase from 3 staff and a ambulance in the early weeks of build-up to some 65 staff during the public days. At peak time the Company delivers a fully integrated service with mobile doctors and paramedics, a staffed medical centre, a medically staffed helicopter, six ambulances and a mobile casualty clearing team in readiness for any major incident. A dedicated medial control team are part of the multi-agency Show Control. In addition the Event Medicine Company provides the Lost and Found Children facility throughout the public weekend

3,600 tonnes of structures delivered to the site.

90,000 sq m of  exhibition space

6,000 contractors build the exhibition.

133,000 trade visitors during the trade days.

153,000 public visitors during the public weekend.

1,393 exhibiting companies from 35 countries.

165 aircraft took part both static or flying.

The Event Medicine Company was proud to secure a three Show contract starting with the 2008 Farnborough International Airshow.
